At PetZela LLC, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Opened pet grooming or hygiene products
- Products damaged after delivery
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
For size or product exchanges, please contact us first to confirm availability before returning the item.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Missing or Delayed Refunds
